Finding Calm Amidst the Chaos
You will learn how to find joy in the present moment, regardless of the circumstances and transform obstacles into opportunities. This includes practical "on-the-job" calming mindfulness and sensory practices.
You will learn the science behind self-compassion practices and how they can help prevent/ overcome burnout in healthcare. This will include how to spot symptoms of burnout & how to practice self-compassion "on-the-go".
Responding vs Reacting to Stress
You will learn how to identify your own fight or flight responses using body awareness & simple clinical aromatherapy and mindfulness techniques.
Resilience & Your Values
We will discuss the importance of aligning your choices and actions with your values in order to find happiness.
This is related to cultivating Resilience, and how to nourish yourself more deeply across all your roles in life. You will learn a simple energy healing technique to relax.

4. Overcoming the Guilt
During the Resilience Coaching Sessions we will discuss your barriers to achieving balance and how to feel whole in your current situation. We'll discuss wether you choices and actions align with your values, and how to get you there. We can work on cultivating self-compassion. I'm here for you. You will receive a post session personalized plan.

*A minimum of 6 people registered is needed in order for the program to take place. If there are not enough people registered, you will be notified and the amount you've paid thus far will be refunded. At that point, if you've already done your 1:1 session, $150.00 will be deducted from your refund.
