The first Group Session of the next session is currently scheduled for Wed Oct. 3rd at 830 est. Occasionally groups are held on Sundays at 830p est. Meetings will occur on the same day and time twice monthly. All Sessions are recorded if you have to miss one, but it's strongly encouraged you attend in person.
It's only $199/ month and you receive everything mentioned above. In order to hold your spot, your first month's membership is required upon sign up. You will then be billed monthly, starting 4 weeks after the first group session. A 3 month Minimum commitment is required. After 3 months you can renew your membership each month, or cancel with 2 weeks notice.

Lisa will introduce the topic and give group members a chance to check in about how they are doing, and any follow up thoughts from the previous week's curiosities.
The group will be asked to reflect on their own experiences related to the weekly theme. Through reflection we begin to learn areas we can focus on to grow, and shift. Or we can celebrate our areas of resilience.
You will be invited to share with the group but it's not a requirement. Sometimes there will be break-out rooms for more intimate sharing.
Lisa will share briefly form her personal experience on the topic, and any pertinent resources or educational content.

Group coaching, in my experience is often, more powerful and has exponential impact when compared with 1:1 coaching. It's a beautiful opportunity to learn from each other, and to experience the interconnectedness of suffering and celebrations.
You do not always have to share during group sessions. You are strongly encouraged to share, but can choose to listen most of the time. There are some situations where everyone will be asked to share. There will also be opportunities for break out rooms and smaller group sharing.
Absolutely! WE want you to continue. After you have completed 3 months, you can stay a member on a month to month basis. We want this community to grow.

No. The group session topics will always be changing, but There will be some repitition of concepts and trainings over time. The expert speakers will also be new in each 3 month session.
